Meet Frank Soule
I’ve been a dedicated community leader with over 45 years of experience in public service and recreation management. A resident of Hilton Head Island since 1986, I served as the Executive Director of the Hilton Head Island Recreation Association from 1992 until my retirement at the end of 2025. Throughout his 33-year tenure, I championed the expansion of local programs, forged vital community partnerships, and drove the organization's growth to better serve residents and visitors.

Over the years, I’ve developed deep roots in the area and built many valuable relationships throughout the community. My wife Kelly, along with our son Benton and daughter Ashtin, are all local to the area and have been incredibly supportive throughout my career and community involvement.

With decades of experience spanning both nonprofit leadership and community-focused initiatives, I bring a practical, relationship-driven perspective to consulting. I plan to help organizations navigate growth, budgeting, strategic planning, and operational challenges through real-world, results-oriented solutions.

In addition to my professional experience, I have proudly served on various local boards and committees and remain passionate about continuing to foster success in our community.
